  1. You can grow broccoli sprouts. Very quick (about a week) and easy to do. They have a pepper like taste. Great in sandwiches and salads. Way better than eating raw broccoli. You can buy trays especially to grow them in. They are much higher in all the good compounds than mature broccoli as they are trying to defend themselves from being eaten.
